Region & location

Our house is the ideal starting point for numerous activities in the holiday region of Zell am See - Kaprun. This is in the midst of Pinzgau in Salzburg and offers its guests a variety of recreational opportunities and excursion destinations in our beautiful countryside all the year round.

In winter Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn offer our winter sports enthusiasts numerous trails of varying difficulty and traditional huts that are ideal for a rest. The region of Zell am See - Kaprun also allows sporting activity apart from the slopes - ice skating on the frozen Lake Zellcross-country skiing or simply walking in the snowy winter landscape.

Besides the winter, the summer has of course its charms too. While hiking on our grass-green mountains you can enjoy the countryside and relax. On hot summer days, a leap into the  Zeller Lake is a welcoming cool off. In addition, there are many more opportunities to enjoy one's stay - cycling, a boat trip on the lake or exploring the many attractions in the region.
