Our prices depend on the number of people per Apartment. For children under the age of 15 years there is a price reduction.

Summer / Winterprices:

Low Season:

Appartement 1 + 3: between 116€ - 195€

Appartement 2: between 100€ - 137€

Main Season:

Appartement 1 + 3: between 121€ - 200€

Appartement 2: between 105 - 142€

not included in the price:

• visitor's tax (2,05€ per Person and day - over 15 years)
• final cleaning between € 90.- and € 120.-

• Pets € 30.- per stay (without food)

in the price included:

• Zell am See Kaprun Summercard (from 15th May until 31st October)
• towels
• bed linen
• parking place
• W-LAN
